'The Dam Keeper' is an original animated short by Pixarians
Robert Kondo and Dice Tsutsumi. It blends traditional animation with digital
painting. Making its premiere at the 2014 Berlin International Film Festival,
'The Dam Keeper' will screen at festivals worldwide this year. Check out the
